I've called my cable company (Bright House) regarding pulling TV Land, Comedy Channel, VH1, etc. (total of 18 channels) as of midnight tonight. The recording says that Viacom has tripled their rates to the cable companies. They are negotiating but it looks very likely that Viacom will win which means it's a very good thing that I have my TAGS DVDs. I can live without the other channels but NOT TV Land! That's sacred grounds, buddy and how I vote is my business! Now, where is that Dish company brochure......... By the way, the phone number that's scrolling across the screen for Bright House customers is a non working number. Those Viacom folks must be week kneed, chicken livered, yellow streaked, turncoats!
