Thank goodness for my TAGS DVD's! Watching broadcast episodes on TV Land I have seen them edit out some very funny scenes. I thought they tried to edit out some of the more casual non-descript dialogue. But I have watched some episodes (of which I know every line by heart) where they cut out some of the funniest parts of the show. And some of the nice parts, Andy's story of how he played with his erector set when he was a child in Opies Fortune comes to mind.
