I haven't seen the picture from Google Earth, but I'll bet it is the same Otis who is there at Mayberry Days. He actually owns the "Opie's Candy Store" there next to the Snappy Lunch on Main St. in Mt. Airy. Locals tell me he dresses up as Otis every day and wanders downtown to help attract people into his store. I don't know his name, but I'm almost certain that is who it is.
