Regarding porch sitting, "Whatever happened to the fine art of sittin'?"
Another quote I always recall is from the movie "Shawshank Redemption"
where Brooks says "The world just went and got itself in a great big
hurry." So true. I see this everyday. Or as Aunt Bee said, "Rush rush rush!"
"She's right... sit down Gomer!"
"Slow down... take it easy... WHAT'S YOUR HURRY!?"
