Our local Sunday paper had an entire page about bulletin boards in our surrounding area. It showed pictures of various bulletin boards in several stores. Each one has their own set of rules for posting items and a designated person to watch over it. Most of the ones pictured were very neatly done. One, however was a little messy. "Hey! Who's been messin' up the bulletin board?"
