Well, I got my emails mixed up and was reading the responses to the squirrel story before I read the squirrel story itself. I didn't understand until now why it was so funny! I thought I missed a digest, but I just kinda lost it for a minute. That story is so funny - it should've been a TAGS episode!! Maybe Ange and Barn could've had squirrels in the courthouse or at Andy's house, and they could've tried to capture them using tricks from the Mayberry Knot-tying Club or maybe Floyd could've brought over his walking stick to get the squirrel with. That story was so funny, I am still laughing about it. Would the author of the story care to come to my house and get some birds out of the chimney? I think we have some birds in there, and I am pretty sure it is that Winken, Blinken, and Nod trio w/ their families!! (Gosh, those birds must be pretty old by now!!)
