I always shed tears when Opie gets jealous of Peggy going fishing with he and Andy, hears Peggy and Andy fussing, then has to confess to Andy what he did ' because someday, you may not want me, anymore, Pa'. The look on Opie's face and Andy's explanation gets to me every time. There are others which touch me but not as much as that one.
