I JUST SO HAPPEN to work with state inmates, its not my main job but Im liscensed to take them on job patrols often. I love it when I take a few new inmates out to do chores for the county. Theyve just met me and dont know who I am..... so heres what I do I give them word for word, Barneys " here at the rock " speech. I wait till I get the "Gomers deer in the headlights " expression from one of them before I cant stand it anymore and start laughing. I then tell them about TAGS.
