The talk of the Jewel T orange syrup for beverages reminds me of Fizzies.
Does anyone remember these? They were flavored tablets dropped into a glass
of water that made it into soda! We loved them when Daddy treated us as
they were pricey for our family. My mother often shopped with Jewel T when
Daddy was overseas (USMC) as she didn't drive.
