TruTV has Operation Repo filmed in Los Angeles The city scenes before each ACT---is in Seattle When the show comes on, it shows 5th avenue with an overhead rail. That is Seattle Monorail. It shows Seattle city at end of commercial breaks I lived in Seattle for 18 years I know the city. Some of our characters live there Eddie Albert (Oliver Wendell Douglas) for one. He may be deceased now unfortunately.
