Brenda Jo, I don't think Aunt Bee's kerosene cucumbers would go bad in a geocache. I think they'd last a lot longer than the other trinkets. They may stink up the box a bit though. Maybe even make it easier to find. What about Barney's "keychain" rabbit's foot or a lucky letter? What did Charlene Darling bury when she divorced Dud? Could we call that a geocache? Done and done.
