always wondered about the 1956 Ford F-100 trucks often seen. I always
assumed at least a couple were the same truck used over and over again.
Couple cans of Krylon spray paint can work wonders. Always loved the lady
speeders 1961 T-bird. Great looking car. I don't remember off the top of my
head what year T-bird Ron Bailey drove when he sideswiped Fletch. Do you
know? Could it have been the same car??

I think there were two, possibly even three, '56 Ford pickups used over and
over. I think the red one was Jeff Pruitt's truck and Gomer's truck (when
he was ticketed for the U-turn), while I think Goober's truck was also the
megaphone truck used by Barney when he ran for sheriff (recognizable by
its wooden siderails).

As for the '61 T-bird, I think the same light colored, possibly even
white, '61 T-bird was used by the lady speeder, Ron Bailey, and Andy's friend
who invited him to join the lodge. But Andy dated a rich nurse who drove a
'62, darker color (red?) with wire wheels and recognizable '62 side trim.
Look closely and you'll see all kinds of other T-birds in the background,
from the '56 (with a continental kit) to a '65 at least.
