I am not so sure of that idea of feeling secure when squad cars are in the
neighborhood Aunt Bee of Orlando. Our neighbor across the street is a
deputy sheriff and his squad car sits in his yard all the time when he is
off duty. He has had all the tires slashed at least twice and we live in a
very nice safe neighborhood. Bet if I put on my Barney uniform and walked
around the neighborhood ever now and again we would really be safe. But
then again maybe people would ask me to take in their laundry and the drug
store down the street would have me delivering female doo dads all over the
place and I would be known as Kenny the Deputyess.
