I would had smelled the perfume smyself after being told by the druggist it was only colored water because its a natural reaction, . one likes to be reassured himself by smelling the bottle. point in hand, how many times in life we heard the expression, "I told you it was broken" This after we tried on our own to see if the item was in fact broken. prime example, Someone tells us the car isnt working. In some cases we might want to see for ourselves. so we try to drive the car. . Only to learn what was told to us is true.
