Yep, I remember in "Barney's Physical" he gets a nice kiss from Thelma Lou as
she was leaving the courthouse after the party for Barney. After the door
closes, he shows Andy his new watch with "5" on the back and then Andy proceeds
to tell him about the new physical requirements. I can't think of any other
time when he got a kiss like that. :)
