In the episode "Man in the Middle," there are a couple of times that Barney and Thelma Lou are sitting on Thelma Lou's porch swing and engage in some romantic kissing. In fact, what's really funny is when they're all lovey-dovey kissy-face and Barney lets slip that Andy said that maybe Thelma Lou wasn't the right girl for Barney (of course, Barney was actually the one who said it). Thelma Lou's mood changes immediately, and she pushes Barney away. Barney's attempts to keep kissing Thelma Lou and her rebuffs are classic! Barney gets so frustrated!
