TAGS fans, My impression of the scene where Aunt Bee drops the vase out of the window on the "cat" was that she had seen it was Otis. After all, he didn't make a very convincing cat noise. In real life, I figure a person in a similar situation might throw water on the cat, but you'd only throw your good vase at a friend!
