I don't know if this completely counts as a mystery, but it seemed like Barney never did tell Andy the story about Myra Koontz. I, for one, would really like to know.
Also why did Fluffy keep getting on the roof? Afterall she knew she couldn't get down without help, and that her kittens would worry. Maybe she heard about Aunt Bee's vase throwing - we'll never know for sure.
