In the episode where Andy talks Rafe Hollister into singing at the choir tryouts, Rafe utters the phrase, "Hell, that's me!" when Andy is describing to him the prisoner that didn't get his suit of clothes. I played that back over and over again a couple of weeks ago and I really think that's what he says.
