Two of the many scenes that make me laugh out loud: First, at the beginning of "The County Nurse," Barney is demonstrating his karate attacks to Andy. He talks about being able to split a piece of wood, and Andy gets him all riled up, and in a rush of excitement Barney karate-chops the partition in front of Andy's desk hard and makes a terrible face. He heads into the back room when Nurse Mary comes in, and then a few moments later we finally hear a delayed yelp of pain from Barney.
Second, in "The Rehabilitation of Otis," the morning after Barney arrests Otis, he's trying to convince Andy that his psychological techniques will result in Otis waking up as "a different person---he'll be pleading for every comfort I can give him, like a child!" Just then, Otis (off-screen) shouts, "Let me out of here!" in a gruff voice.
