The Miracle Salve episode when Barney pretends to be Dr Pendyke and Gomer is
Opie Taylor Sr. The look on Gomer's face when Barney starts talking in his
false voice is priceless. And of course Gomer has to change his voice too. And
then at the end when all the Miracle Salve is delivered to the Taylor home and
Aunt Bea asks "who is Opie Taylor Sr?" There are so many examples of wonderful
laugh out loud humor and yet they can tug at your heart too.
