Folks has anyone ever brought up the great question of how many people and who have over the years sat on the famous bench out in front of the Mayberry Courthouse. With my mentioning of Arthur Malet, our most celebrated vagrant, having sat on that bench who else has over those 8 years. Thats a good question to ponder. I know Mr. Schwamp in that famous photo sat in his place of honor as did Ernest T and Floyd but now im wondering who else has sat on the most famous town bench in America. our MAYBERRY BENCH.
