Seems to me that Casey Adams did play a role later on in Leave It To Beaver.
He was one of Beaver's friends father. I think maybe he was Gilbert's dad.
I too have passed through Maybeury WV, but it has been several years ago. All
I remember is passing Maybeury Elementary School. My wife had a aunt who lived
in Coalwood, WV. Home of the famous Rocket Boys from the book and movie
"October Sky".
