In return of the Fun Girls, Daphne and Skippy argued over who's friend Al really was. Apparently neither one wanted to claim him - maybe because of his cigarette squashing and angry nature. Also I think at the time Sterling Holloway(sp?) was pretty famous. I've seen him in several older movies, and he did voice work as well.
