It ain't dirty. For those who don't remember this scene, Clara is relating a 
story about her uncle (I think it was) who was a sailor, and she says "every 
time he came to Port, he had to have it <cracks up laughing>. He had to have 
it!" This is what's known as a double entendre (I'll 'splain it to ya, I'll 
'splain it to ya). You see, addition to being a place where boats dock, "Port" 
is also kind of wine, so named because it originated in Portugal.
