Barney hauled three teenage boys in for knocking on doors one Halloween - he said this in response to Andy telling him he could not arrest Ed Sawyer for knocking on Lucy Matthews' door. Also, Goober was charged with guarding the cannon every Halloween. They didn't so much as get a grape in it.....
