There are at least 2 references to halloween that I can think of; The one
episode STRANGER IN TOWN, when Barney talks about arresting 2 boys for ringing
doorbells, and when Goober talks about being deputized to gaurd the cannon
during halloween in TV OR NOT TV when the article Sheriff without a gun is
featured.
