My last episode request would be 'Opie the Birdman.' Then I would give up the ghost and be interred at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City, CA. As far as the 'Gomer Pyle USMC' out takes shown at Jim Nabors' and Ronnie Schell's shows, I e-mailed Paramount to include them for Season 5 of 'Gomer Pyle USMC', but to no avail.
