Watching "Barney's Replacement" during lunch today. Maybe we've talked about this and I've forgotten (I do that a lot). Andy pulls up and parks in front of the court house when Bob walks over to ask if Barney has a permit to sell door to door (the Green River Ordinance). Looking between Andy and Bob you clearly see a fire hydrant beside the telephone pole right where Andy is parked. Now that's just as illegal as the later scene where Barney writes Bob the ticket for parking in a police zone. After Barney tears up the ticket, Bob pulls away and Barney makes one of his signature "struts" across the street. As he does, you can clearly see for a good distance around the pole, but there's no fire hydrant.
