I can only think of a few times when the weather really impacted the folks in
Mayberry - can you think of more?
1 - When the storms were so severe that Barney agreed to "go get them dogs"!
2 - When it was so hot that Opie came to breakfast "a naked savage" - without a
shirt
3 - When the drought happened that brought the gypsies to town
Peggy
In "Andy's Vacation", Barney says he can get Gomer as a deputy because he's
still sworn in from the flood. But we never saw the flood.
