Hey Folks,
I don't know how many may have listened to the last 3 episodes of the
Two Chairs No Waiting Podcast ( http://mayberry.com/podcasts/ ) but I
encourage you do to so if you haven't.
Not so you can hear me blather on but so you can hear the amazing
interview done with Parley Baer back in 1976. "Mayor Stoner" tells us
many wonderful stories about his friend Howard "Floyd the barber"
McNear. When I ran across this interview while listening to "Old Time
Radio" podcasts, I was so excited I could hardly stand it.
Anyway...if you haven't heard them, I encourage you to head over to
Mayberry.com/podcasts/ and give episodes #68-70 a listen.
Episode #71 will give us a chance to hear 4 TAGS actors in work they did
on the Gunsmoke radio program. We won't hear the entire episode but at
least samples so we can appreciate some of the other work these fine
actors did. If you haven't heard it before, "Floyd" as "Doc" on
Gunsmoke is a fun thing to hear.
