Barney dressed like a woman three times: once when trying to infiltrate the gambling ring that was operating out of Floyd's Barber Shop, once when trying to prove how lax the security was at the bank, and once to fool Ernest T. Bass who wanted to "steal away" Charlene during her preacher wedding to Dud Wash. BTW, in that last instance, Don Knotts and Maggie Peterson both wore the very same wedding dress in that episode.
