I was just watching the 1951 Coronet Educational Film, Going Steady? about a couple of school kids who have gone on several dates and the others think they are 'going steady'. This 10 minute short film has Hope Summers, our Clara Edwards as Mrs. Miller, the young teenage girl, Marie's mother. Her most memorable line is, "He doesn't take 'liberties' with you, does he?" Quite an interesting dated educational film that are so fun to watch! It is available on line.
