Theodoric, I can remember several instances when Barney went fishing. He Andy
and Henry Bennett were in the boat together on opening day when he claimed
Henry was a jinx. He and Floyd had been fishing when they ran out of gas and
stopped by O'Malley's cabin (Hey, Chuck) and were captured by the lady convicts
lead by Big Maude Tyler (aka Ralph Henderson). Then I think it was the episode
with Opie's friend Trey Bowden where Andy was trying to teach Opie a lesson and
said he didn't want Barney going fishing with them because he was always
"horning in".
I'm sure there might be others, but those come to mind first.
