I believe you're talking about the "Jailbreak". The bad guys are in a trailer at a trailer park. Barney is in front of the car with the trailer when a woman comes out of the trailer, gets in the car, starts it up, and then realizes she doesn't have any cigarettes. She gets out of the car and goes back into the trailer to get some cigarettes. Barney seizes the moment, jumps in the car, and drives off with the bad guys in tow. And we always thought cigarettes are bad for you! :)
