"Hey to Goobers" I don't know just how many folks were gathered in town for this occasion, but in episode #212, "Barney Comes To Mayberry" there were quite a few. Of course Barney thought 'the big to-do' was over him, when it was actually to welcome a former local girl who had made it BIG in Hollywood. Though he was disappointed when he found out he wasn't the main attraction for the gathering, he did finally get a chance to shine when he was asked to escort the starlet for a Gala evening!
