The movie Benji question was a good one. In fact there were three TAGS characters. The ones in question were Frances Bavier and Edger Buchanan. Also in that episode was Herb Vigran (the Bookie Barber) playing the police Lt. who was investigating the kidnapping. As I've said before Herb was raised in my town of Connersville In, despite some website claiming Ft. Wayne for those years. When the movie Benji was being made the movie company contacted me about the Connersville connection and set me up to interview Herb. It was great to hear him talk about the in' and out's of making the movie and about his days in Connersville. He talked about a lot of his old friends from here, and told the story how it was HERE that he took part in high school plays and got his acting start.
