Well Eau Claire is one step closer in allowing people to raise up to five
chickens in their yards within the city proper. Last night they stipulated
that the pens must be made of chicken wire. I wonder where they got that
idea from. Now all they have to do is add a statement making it illegal for
husbands to throw chickens at their wives and we will be all set. If I
decide to raise chickens I will be able to make all the chicken ala king I
want.
