Myles was a nephew to legendary director Billy Wilder.

A very prolific scripter from the 1950s - 1980s, highlights of Myles' career
include...
 - Several GOMER PYLE USMC's in its 4th season, notably "Gomer Goes Home," the
episode which featured the furlough visit to Mayberry, with cameos by Andy
Griffith, Frances Bavier, Ron Howard, George Lindsey, and a tribute to Don
Knotts' Barney.
 - Wilder wrote frequently for McHALE'S NAVY and THE DUKES OF HAZZARD; on the
latter, he was also a script supervisor/consultant.
 - Other credits include WAGON TRAIN, GET SMART, THE BRADY BUNCH, MY THREE
SONS, THE DORIS DAY SHOW, and many, many more.

Thanks, and R.I.P.

Brent
