We know that Barney was arrested and jailed for breaking the Green River
Ordinance. Then he was jailed for making an illegal U-Turn. But I spotted an
obscure case of Barney breaking the law in the episode "Barney Runs For
Sheriff", the episode where Barney debates Andy for the Sheriff job. Let's see
if anyone else can spot the lawlessness. Here is a hint: The law that Barney
broke is much more vigorsly enforced now a days than it was in the 60's.
