I just watched David's daughter on America's Got Talent. That was truly an
amazing trick. But I think I have it figured out. My theory is that it
was definitely the work of "the count". I am convinced he was responsible
for the disappearing badge and all those other unexplainable happenings
in Mayberry. He knew that the magician's assistant was the daughter of
David Browning, the Mayberry Deputy, and he just had to help out.
