Since I'm headed for a haircut right after work today, I was reminded of the Taylor's visit to Hollywood in Season 6. It always seemed to me that both of the episodes while they were in Hollywood.Opie's looked like he had just gotten a haircut before they left Mayberry. Has anybody else noticed that? None of that vanity to Opie--he didn't mind looking like he had just gotten a haircut--although he probably didn't like those hairs that fell down the back of his shirt. I guess when everybody else went to the barbershop their trims were just enough to get a trim without looking like they had a haircut, because everybody getting out of the barber chair looked just like they did when they sat down in the chair!
