Regarding the title of the show being spoken in the dialogue, the most famous
one would of course be "Citizen's Arrest". Not only did Gomer run across the
street yelling "Citizen's Arrest, Citizen's Arrest", but Barney later tells
Andy "Old nutsy here runs across the street yelling citizen's arrest, citizen's
arrest".
