Larry and anybody else who likes blueberry or any other pie, let me give you a
tip. If you are traveling on I-81 in the Staunton area, stop by Mrs. Rowe's
(Rowe ryhmes with now). It's right off I-81 just a mile north of the I-64
interchange (mile marker 221 or 222, getting old and can't remember). They
have great home cooked food and as good a piece of pie you will ever eat, just
like grandma's. Blueberry, apple, butterscotch, chocolate, coconut, cherry,
lemon, etc. etc. It's gooooooood pie. Open for breakfast as well with some
fantastic chip beef gravy. You can buy it frozen and take it home and if you
drive fast enough, the dogs won't follow you. I had to add something related
to TAGS the get past the head digest mountie.
Happy motoring and stop in and see them. We do everytime we head that way.
Even if we're going north and will be turning east on I-64, we go to Mrs.
Rowe's and then backtrack to I-64.
