Hey Mayberry friends. Many thanks to Jeff Branch (aka Howard Sprague) and his folks in Troy, NC for organizing a great event (big ain't the word for it.) We had a great time and the tribute artists were on top of their game. David Browning MD is just one big bundle of talent, why he even rivals Leonard Blush! Rodney Dillard, The Dillard Band and Maggie Peterson gave a great performance and did a tribute to their friend Mitch Jayne. They sang a heartwarming new song that made me misty eyed called "I Wish Life Was Like The Andy Griffith Show." Me too, Rodney.
