PALMYRA, Pa. -- Palmyra police cited eight drivers on speeding charges Tuesday. Officers targeted a 25 mph zone from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. The speeds recorded ranged 35 to 40 mph. The effort was part of the department's participation in the state's Aggressive Driving Enforcement and Education Program. " You give 'em 5, they'll take 10.
