One of my favorite Don/Andy moments on Matlock was a bit of dialog that went 
something like this (and I have to paraphrase:
 
Les (Don) to Matlock (Andy):  You know we are a lot alike, you and me.  You've 
got better hair, but we are a lot alike.
 
Love it.
