I sat down to my morning paper, the Johnson City (TN) Press, and on the very front page there's a picture of David Browning proudly showing off his bullet. I got so excited, I forgot to read Moon Mullins or Little Orphan Annie. Good article about the 50th anniversary of TAGS and David's part in promoting the show as the Mayberry Deputy for the past 17 years. It's a local article (like the rock) - David lives nearby. Can't find a direct link to the article (www.johnsoncitypress.com), maybe it'll show up later.
