Loretta Lynn's husbands first name was actually Oliver (just like Oliver Gossage, there's my TAGS tie-in). He had several nicknames. The main one referred to in the movie was Doolittle. Other nicknames were Doo, Mooney or Moon. The latter two came from his days of running moonshine. Harry in Salem, VA.
