I have received several emails from members who are concerned about the
privacy of their voting regarding the best practical joke. Just to ease
your mind, please be assured that your vote is very secret. When the votes
come in I file them in a secret file protected by seventy five passwords
known only to me and my cat. Once the voting ends, I will lock myself in my
den after my wife goes to bed and I will count the ballots. Once I have
verified all the ballots have been duly recorded, I will then delete, shred,
and empty my trash folder thus destroying all votes for eternity which
guarantees that your vote will forever remain secret, except for me and my
cat. And also be aware that when one reaches my age, forever is not really a
very long time and with my memory I won't be able to remember how I have
voted.
